"Discount Code Didn’t Work"
I tried using a discount code at checkout, but it just wouldn’t apply no matter what I did. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really able to help, which was frustrating. The order itself turned out fine, but I’m still annoyed that I missed out on the discount. i feel like some kind of credit or compensation would be fair since the code issue wasn’t on my end.
"Refund took way too long"
Ordered a jacket from Urban Excess. Fit wasn’t right, so I sent it back. The return itself was easy. No issue there. But the refund took ages. Had to chase them a couple of times. Customer service did reply, but it was slow. Not very clear either. Got my money back in the end. Still, not a great experience. I’d think twice before ordering again.

"Looks Nice, But I Felt Let Down"
I’ll admit the stuff looks nice at first, but once I had it, I couldn’t help feeling like I paid more than it was really worth. Maybe I just had higher expectations, but for the price, the quality didn’t feel fair to me. It kind of feels like I’m always the one who ends up spending too much and being disappointed. Not sure I’d buy again...

I was kind of expecting some random extra fee to pop up at checkout, because that happens way too often, but everything was laid out clearly. The customs info made sense, and there weren’t any surprise charges when I went to pay, which was a relief.

My order ended up taking longer than I expected, the tracking didn’t really tell me much along the way. I emailed them to ask what was going on, but it took a few days to hear back, and the reply was vague. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but yeah, the communication could definitely be better.

I ordered from Urban Excess thinking it would show up in a few days, since I needed the item for a weekend thing, but it felt like it took forever. The tracking barely moved, and I kept checking it with my morning coffee like something might magically change. In the end I had to chase it up myself, which was a bit annoying. The product was fine once it finally arrived, no real complaints there, but the slow delivery definitely put me off ordering again anytime soon

"Good jacket, glad I sized up"
I ordered a jacket from Urban Excess and it’s been good so far. I checked the sizing info before buying and ended up going one size up, which was definitely the right call since the fit is a little slim. Delivery was straightforward too. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

Checkout was okay in the end, but I wasn’t totally comfortable with it. There weren’t many payment methods I normally trust or prefer to use, and the security checks were a bit confusing instead of making me feel safer. My order did go through, but as someone who’s cautious about where I enter payment info, I wish the process felt clearer and more reassuring.

I had to send a jacket back because the fit just wasn’t right on me. The return instructions were clear, and the refund came through after a few days. It wasn’t instant, but compared to other returns I’ve dealt with in the past, it was fairly painless and not a big hassle...

I do really like the look of their clothes, they have a lot of clean, cool designs that are easy to wear. That said, some of the prices feel a bit high for what they are, like they know the styles are nice and are kind of leaning into that.

I can’t really speak for customer service, and I’m always a little skeptical about dealing with support if something goes wrong, so I’m just glad the jacket showed up as expected...

"Am I missing something with this jacket?"
I ordered a branded jacket from Urban Excess and, am I missing something? As soon as it arrived, it just didn’t feel quite right to me. The tags looked a bit unusual and the material didn’t feel the same as another jacket I already own from the same brand.
I reached out to them because I wanted some reassurance, but the reply I got was basic and didn’t really answer my concerns about whether it was genuine. I wasn’t expecting a huge investigation, but I did think they’d be able to give a bit more clarity.
Maybe I’m being overly cautious and other people have had better experiences, but I just didn’t feel confident after this. Personally, I don’t think I’d buy branded items from them again.

I ordered from Urban Excess and, to be honest, the parcel arrived in rough condition. The box was crushed, the tape was half coming off, and the item inside didn’t seem to have much protection at all. Thankfully it wasn’t completely damaged, but it really felt like very little care had been taken with the packaging. I’m trying to be fair, but when you’re paying for delivery, you do expect better. Disappointing overall.

"Good order overall, just wish shipping was cheaper"
I ordered from Urban Excess and yeah, everything turned up fine. The only thing that made me pause was the shipping cost — it felt a bit steep for what I was buying, and I nearly backed out at checkout because of it. But the order arrived on time, it was packed properly, and there were no issues with the items. I’d probably use them again, just maybe if there’s a cheaper delivery option next time.

"Not much flexibility if you need to cancel quickly"
I placed an order and realized pretty much right after that I’d chosen the wrong size. It wasn’t one of those situations where I changed my mind hours later or anything like that, it was just a simple mistake at checkout that I noticed almost immediately. I looked around for an easy cancel button or some kind of quick option in my account, but I couldn’t really find anything obvious, so I emailed them straight away.
By the time they got back to me, they said the order was already processing and couldn’t be cancelled anymore. I get that companies have systems and warehouses and once something moves along it can be tricky, but it still felt a bit harsh because from my side it really hadn’t been very long at all. It would’ve helped if there was a clearer window for cancellations or at least a more straightforward way to request one instantly.
In the end I had to wait for the order to arrive and then deal with returning it, which just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s definitely extra hassle for a tiny mistake that could’ve been fixed quickly. I’d just be really careful double-checking sizes before ordering from them, because cancelling doesn’t seem very flexible
